MERE COLOUR CAN SPEAK TO THE SOUL IN A THOUSAND DIFFERENT WAYS – OSCAR WILDA
Nothing screams Spring like a good scarf. I am so obsessed with collecting them to give a pop of colour to my everyday wear of only black. The brighter and colourful they are the better. I just don’t buy them for their prettiness but I look into their multi functional use and the size. My favourite is using the scarf as headwear especially when I am on holiday where it is hot and can’t be bothered with wearing a wig. Wearing a scarf doesn’t have to be boring and traditional. Depending on the size of your scarf there are various ways to make use of it. Small size scarves are great to wear them as French Twist (and other neck ways) around your wrists and you can even use them on styling your handbag. Medium size is good for hair styling and for creating different tops like the bandeau style. Large size can be draped around the neck and styled with a belt , can be draped and tied over the shoulders and my personal favourite of creating a huge bow tie. These are just few of the examples I can recommend but there are so many other variations in styling you can try to see what suits you best or to your liking. TIP: Invest in a SILK scarf. it works better and looks more luxurious than other fabrics.
