The one thing I have learnt since I started blogging full time was to learn to do things outside my comfort zone. This also translate to the styles and fashion trends I have to try. When it comes to fashion my style is more led by silhouettes and textures. Lately I have stumbled across so many trends, styles and silhouettes to rock my own boat when it comes to what I like and fashion sense. Recently I dolled up in this little black number. I must admit I felt so out of place but it kinda reminded me of that Beyonce song Freakum Dress. Coming back to the dress, it’s this velvet with a doze of sequins beautifully lined across the bust area. I teamed the dress with a pair of silver slingback Jimmy Choo to give the decorative sequins a pop. The 6inch height of the shoe really brought in that element of sexiness. One thing I really liked about this dress was the balance of textures.
