It’s almost 2020. Wow, can it really be December ? I cannot believe today is the 1st of December. We are in the final weeks of the year. And I am sure some of you are asking the same question I am asking myself. Where has 2019 gone? While others are wrapping up 2019 with a bang, some are wishing that they can rewind the clock and redo some of their outcomes. This is my favourite time of the year. I look back at my plans and weight on where I did right and where I did wrong. I pat myself on the shoulder for all that I have executed and re work a new plan where needed. But what is more important is to learn from my mistakes and figure a way forward.
