It is always hard to keep yourself motivated to do things or even achieve certain goals. Most of the time we feel like we are losing the balance between work, social life and making time for ourselves. How we feel and how well we look after ourselves can throw us off balance. It is never easy. We live hectic lifestyles that demand a lot from us mentally and physically. It is important that we take a step back and breath, to rethink and refocus certain outcomes. I have become to realise what is more important when it comes to my mind, my health and being. It took me a while to find the a balanced combination that work well with all aspects of my life as a wife, a mother and a woman building her chosen career path that brings happiness in everyday of my life.
