A great day start with a good night sleep. Over the past few months I have learnt when it comes to having a perfect sleep you need to make sure you choose the right pillows. Before you can do that you need to establish what kind of a sleeper you are. There are different type of sleepers. On top of my list I will mention the three that are common. 1. Side sleepers 2. Back sleepers 3. Stomach sleepers Regardless what type of a sleeper you are, choosing the right pillow will help keep your spine in alignment while you sleep. There are so many options available and when choosing the right pillows for your bed make sure you consider the following 5 important things. 1. Fabric that is breathable and durable 2. Weight of the pillow, choose from foam, latex or synthetic 3. Fill of the pillow, choose from cotton, wool, latex , polyester or synthetic 4. Quality will determine the life of your pillow 5. Size of the pillow. Most people are okay with the standard of the pillow but if you prefer to go bigger, go bigger. And the bonus tip I will give you will be to research on the science behind your chosen pillow.
